  1. Hi Pooja, I am not a blogger, nor a gourmet chef, just a homemaker who loves trying out new dishes for my family. i love baking savoury dishes like spicy chicken. I marinate whole chicken legs with yogurt or vinegar/lemon juice. Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, kasoori methi and salt. I marinate the chicken for a minimum of an hour to four hours based on my time space, then I bake in the oven until done. The kasoori methi gives a very good flavour to the chicken and I have been using it in many chicken dishes. I hope you like it.
