Chocolate & Coffee Ganache cake is prepared using moist vanilla coffee as base cake and then icing is done using chocolate coffee ganache which I prepared and kept in the freezer the previous day.
If you want to make this cake eggless, alter the recipe and instead of eggs, use a cup of yogurt.
So let’s prepare our moist base first.

Ingredients for cake:
- 200 grams of cake mix.( I used French vanilla Duncan Hines)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon instant Coffee powder
- 1/2 Cup (118 Milliliters) Water
- 1/6 Cup (39 Milliliters) of oil
Ingredients for baking pan:
- 1 Tablespoon butter for greasing
- Little cake flour for dusting
Mix the ingredients mentioned in Ingredients for cake using electric beater for about 2 minutes.
Prepare baking pan using ingredients mentioned in Ingredients for baking pan by applying little butter evenly and then dusting with little flour.
Pour the cake mixture in the baking pan.
Preheat oven to 350 Degree Fahrenheit and bake the cake for 25 minutes.
Check with toothpick. It should come out clean.
Keep the cake pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes before removing.
After it is cooled down completely, invert it on cardboard paper lined with silver foil.
Frost it using prepared Chocolate & Coffee Ganache.
