Paneer in White Gravy is a quick recipe in which paneer is cooked in gravy prepared using paste of cashew nuts, garlic and onions. Very few spices go in this curry making it aromatic .
Every time I am in a hurry, I usually go for some quick recipes which takes me less then 30 minutes . Paneer is our all time favorite especially when we follow vegetarian diet on Mondays.
Paneer in White Gravy Sauce is easy and simple to prepare with few ingredients which are easily available in our kitchens. The main trick is how creamy you make your sauce and I always use my homemade paneer instead of store bought , which makes it more tasty.

Serves : 4
15-20 Cashew nuts
8 Cloves of Garlic
2 Medium size Onions, roughly cubed
350 grams Paneer , Cubed
1 Teaspoon Kitchen king Masala
1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
2 Tablespoons Oil or Ghee
2 Tablespoons Fresh Cream
Handful of chopped Cilantro / Coriander leaves
2 Cups Water
Salt to taste
Grind cubed onions, garlic and cashewnuts using around 2 tablespoons water to smooth paste.
Heat Ghee or oil .
Fry prepared cashew nut paste on low heat for 2 minutes.
Add spices like kitchen king masala, garam masala, cream , 2 tablespoons water and salt .
Saute for 10-15 seconds.
Add 2 cups water. Mix and allow it to boil for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Add cubed paneer and mix properly.
Allow to boil for 2 minutes.
Add chopped cilantro(Coriander leaves).
Mix well and remove from heat.
Serve it with jeera rice , roti or naan.
