If you are looking for healthy dessert which is sugar free and also tasty, here comes Mango Yogurt Parfait . I have used mango pulp here, but can also use fresh mangoes or any other fruit. You can garnish with chunks of fresh fruits and granola. But here, I did not use it. I used simple , plain mango pulp and yogurt. You can also substitute honey with sweetener or sugar.
Greek Yogurt is the best option for this, but you can also use other type of yogurts. But make sure that it is thick.
So let us see this quick and easy Mango fruit n yogurt Parfait recipe.
Yields: 2 Small Glasses
Time: 15 Minutes
Chilling time: 30 Minutes
Total Time : 45 Minutes
- 1 1/2 Cup(367.5 Grams) Thick Greek Yogurt+ 3 Tablespoons extra
- 1/2 Cup Mango Pulp(If you cant find fresh mangoes)
- 2 -3 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Dry Fruits Powder(I made Powder out of almonds, walnuts and pumpkin seeds)+ some extra for garnishing
Grind whatever dry fruits you want to add in to smooth powder. I used above mentioned dry fruits.
Mix in 1 Tablespoon honey and 2 Tablespoons of dry fruit powder in 1 1/2 cup yogurt .
Mix 1 tablespoon of yogurt in mango pulp.
Add in layers of yogurt , dry fruit mix and mango pulp mix in glass bowls.
At the top most layer, add some plain yogurt mixed with a tablespoon of honey.
Drizzle some honey on top.
Garnish with dry fruit powder or whatever you prefer.
Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes and enjoy this beautiful ,healthy and yummy Mango Parfait.
