Steamed Chicken Dumplings is one of the snack or appetizer to be served on any occasion. They are very easy and tasty .
Momo is a type of dumpling native to Tibet, filled with meat or vegetables. It is a delicacy in Nepal, Tibet and India. They style of how it is filled depends on different parts of Nepal and India. The filling can include paneer, mutton, chicken, pork, beef and an assortment of vegetables. These Dumplings or momos can be steamed or fried. Either way, they taste awesome. Of course steamed momos are more healthier then the deep fried momos. Here I am sharing chicken momos recipe with you.

Once done, take a spoonful of filling and stuff it in the pleated momo cover.
Join both the sides of the cover together.
Repeat this for all.
Now if you are not using momo steamer then take a heavy bottom wok(vessel) filled half with water and boil it.
Now keep a plate with holes on top. Place a cloth on this plate and arrange your momos keeping some space between each.
Steam them on medium high heat for around 10 minutes.
