Tender Coconut Ice Cream
Below is step by step recipe of homemade tender coconut ice cream which is really very easy to prepare and takes few ingredients.
If you ever wonder how to make quick and simple , yet so delicious ice creams, you have come to the right spot. I always loved the taste of Naturals ice creams and wanted to prepare it at home. So , I have tried out this wonderful and best ice cream at home within few minutes. Of course it takes a long time to set , but it is worth .Â
I was in a hurry so prepared this eggless coconut ice cream using store bought tender coconut meat ,but you can always buy a fresh tender coconut , remove the meat and then prepare using it. This ice cream  becomes even more delicious and tasty ,if you use some coconut milk along with coconut water in it , but I skipped that part.Â
You can always play around with this ice cream by using your imaginations, by drizzling honey or sprinkling some dry shredded coconut and nuts or by serving it as it is.Â
So here is the step by step recipe of homemade tender coconut ice cream.
Serves: 8
Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Setting Time: 6 Hours
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Tender  Coconut WaterÂ
- 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Cup Tender coconut meat+ Little extra
- 1/4 Cup White Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Condensed milk
- Honey for glazing(Optional)
- Ice cream cone pieces(Optional)
Method:
In a grinder or blender, grind tender coconut meat along with tender coconut water to puree. Keep aside.
Chop the extra tender coconut into small chunks for mixing in the ice cream later.
In a big mixing bowl, beat whipping cream on high using electric beater. Beat till you get nice and stiff peaks.
Add in sugar and beat for few seconds.
Add condensed milk and again beat for few seconds.
Now add the prepared puree into this mixture and mix with spatula until well combined.
drop in chopped chunks of tender coconut into this cream and mix.
Your ice cream is all ready now. Now only required is your patience till it sets properly.
Pour this ice cream in a freezer safe bowl and freeze it for minimum 5-6 hours.
Remove the bowl out , scoop it into the serving bowl.
Drizzle some honey over it and a few ice cream cone pieces and enjoy .
