Diwali 2016 Faral Roundup
Diwali is just coming up and I know you all are very excited and getting ready to celebrate festival of lights. Decorations, firecrackers , music , masti and of course lots of Sweets.
I remember how we used to celebrate Diwali during my childhood.
We had to compulsorily get up at dawn on Diwali day, have Abhyangsnan , which is a holy bath and wear new clothes . Then we had to pray to god and enjoy sweets prepared by mom.
During nights it was fun. Kids burning firecrackers , lightings outside the houses . People visiting neighbors, wishing them Happy Diwali. We kids especially used to visit neighbors to eat sweets. 😉 .”Oh! I am becoming so nostalgic now.” Missing those good old days. Nowadays, many things have changed but one thing isn’t . Diwali sweets. I know, almost all the sweets you get readymade in stores now ,but there is lot more joy when you prepare the same at home and your family loves them.
So today, I thought of compiling few of food bloggers Diwali sweets , all yum and easy to prepare right in your kitchen. So let’s go prepare and enjoy them guys.
