Baked Puri
Baked puri is always an healthy option to deep fried puri. They are crisp and can be stored in airtight container.
Puris or Pooris is an Indian Bread prepared out of either wheat flour or all purpose flour(maida) usually deep fried and served with any kind of gravy dishes. But today, I have attempted healthy version of these puris, without deep frying. Just baked them for 10 minutes .Â
These puris can be stored in the air tight containers and can be used whenever required. But deep fried puris need to be consumed on the same day or maximum within  2 days.
The baked version of puris are crisp and not soft and oily like deep fried ones. These baked ones can also be used for sev puri, bhel puri.
So let us see how to prepare these oil free puris.
