Coconut Roll / Fillo Dough Roll / Fillo Dough Sweet Roll
Today I was trying out something different out of phyllo dough sheets. I have a big bundle of phyllo or fillo dough sheet rolls in my freezer and wanted to make something sweet out of it. So tried out this sweet coconut roll using phyllo dough sheets.Â
The main ingredient in Coconut Roll is coconut. The phyllo dough is kept outside the freezer for at least 2 hours . So here is the step by step phyllo dough roll recipe.

Time: 15 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup (118 Grams) fresh or dry grated coconut
- 1/4 Cup (59 Grams) of grated Jagger y
- Around 30 golden raisins
- Around 10 Cashew nuts, made into pieces
- A pinch of Cardamom powder
- Butter for brushing the phyllo sheets
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together and microwave for around 2 minutes mixing after 1 minute. Divide it into 4 sections .
Take 2-3 phyllo dough sheets and cut them into  square shapes of 8 inch x 8 inch each.
Butter the phyllo sheet squares evenly and add the coconut filling in each square, roll them up.
Butter on top of each roll and bake them on preheated oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit for 10 Minutes.
Remove and enjoy these crisp Fillo Dough Sweet Rolls .
