Deviled eggs or devilled eggs are also called as, stuffed eggs, angel eggs, eggs mimosa, Russian eggs, dressed eggs, picnic eggs . They are hard boiled eggs, shelled and cut into halves lengthwise. The egg yolks are removed and mixed with other ingredients like spices or herbs of your choice or any kind of vegetables and scooped inside the egg whites.
Deviled eggs are usually served as a side dish, appetizer or a main course.
