No Bake Oreo Cupcakes are made without any baking and completely eggless. You can do variation by using a square or rectangular cake pan instead of cupcake silicon cups and turning it into regular square or round cake.

hem just like that?Why not try these creative no bake quick and easy oreo cupcakes? Also try out my Oreo milk shake. I am sure the kids will love them.
So here are the steps to prepare them.
 
Yields: 6
 
Ingredients for Crust:
  • 12 Oreo Cookies(You can use any other chocolate sandwich cookie)
  • 2 Tablespoons of Salted Butter
Ingredients for topping:
  • 1 cup white chocolate morsels
  • 2 Tablespoons of Milk
  • 3-4 Oreo Cookies(Optional)
Method:
Grind the ingredients mentioned for crust to smooth powder. You can pulse in the food processor or pulse in the blender.
Take 6 Silicon cups.
Scoop a spoonful of this mixture and press into each cup.
Gently press.
Refrigerate to harden.
Now for topping, take white chocolate morsels in the microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Remove out every 30 seconds and mix with spatula.
Pour in milk ,mix and again microwave for more 30 seconds.
Break in 3-4 Oreo into small pieces and put them in the melted chocolate.
Mix well.
Remove the cups from refrigerator and put a spoonful of this white chocolate topping and press well.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Remove out and take out these cup cakes from the silicon cups by pressing the sides.
Drizzle with melted chocolate on top for garnishing.
