Guacamole Recipe/ Guacamole from scratch / Avocado Recipe
This is a Mexican Dish made out of Crushed Avocados and other seasoning.  It can be eaten with Tortilla chips or can be made as a topping on your favorite crackers. Avacados though has many health benefits, can’t be eaten as it is. But this guacamole recipe makes avocados the king. There are many recipes of Guacamole . I have tried out the simplest and easiest one.
Serves for 3 people
Ingredients:
- 1 Ripe Avocado
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Onion
- 2 tsp lime juice
- salt to taste
Method:
Cut tomatoes into small pieces and chop onions very fine. Peel off Avocados and mash them properly. Add cut tomatoes and onions, lime juice and salt. Thoroughly mix them up . Top this on your favorite crackers or eat with chips.
