Berry Mango Splash
Berry Mango Splash is completely refreshing to quench your thirst in hot summer days. Totally healthy and soothing.
When it comes to summer heat, nothing beats the heat if you are with chilled mocktails or cocktails . Especially if it is healthy and tasty, who wouldn’t mind enjoying the long summer days, sitting outside chilling out with the splash of fruity drink. I’ve been making lots of lovely juices with my blender recently and I’ve been loving it! They’re so healthy yet so delicious! My blender is probably one of the best kitchen appliances I have ever bought and I’m so glad I spent some time reading reviews before buying one. If you’re looking to buy a blender, there are some great Blenders review here that you can check out if you need some help choosing! If you plan on using a blender every day, I would suggest spending a little more so that it lasts longer.
Thinking about healthy and also tasty drinks, I always have to come up with some unique ideas . I try to substitute sugar with honey ,,jaggery or dates, especially when I prepare any recipe with fruits. I always make sure to get maximum benefits from fruits and avoid any extra added sugar or completely make it sugar free. Of course sometimes , I do cheat by adding sugar in some recipes where it is absolutely unavoidable.
In Berry Mango Splash, I used the juice of strawberries and raw mango pulp . Mixed them up with honey , cardamom and some salt to get the refreshing final result. Instead of strawberries, you can also use rasberries . And oh yes ! it is completely non alcoholic drink. So cheers 🙂
