DryFruit Dosa / DryFruit Pancake / Sweet Pancake
DryFruit Dosa is a healthy recipe of dosa or pancake where Dry Fruit is the main ingredient. This sweet dosa can be made for breakfast or during snack time. This is a good way to make your kids eat dry fruits without making any fuss.Â

Ingredients:
- Dry fruits like Almonds, Walnuts, Cashew nuts(1/4 Cup each)
- 1 Cup(128 grams) whole wheat flour
- 1/4 Cup(32 grams) Rava/Sooji/Semolina
- 1/4 Cup grated Jaggery
- 1/4 Cup grated Dry coconut
- Some ghee or clarified butter(you can substitute with salted buttter)
Method:
Grind the dryfruits into very fine powder (without using water).
Mix the dryfruit powder with all the above ingredients except ghee using some water.
The batter shouldn’t be runny , it should be thick.
Heat up a skillet( non stick preferred) on high heat.
Lower the heat to medium and pour some batter( enough to make thick pancake around 8 inches in diameter) on it.
Spread it evenly to make pancake or dosa. Don’t make it too thin.
Sprinkle some ghee over it and cover. Cook for about a minute.
Flip and cook on the other side for another minute.
Remove and serve your dry fruit dosa or dry fruit pancake with ghee and enjoy your breakfast.
