Leftover Chapati Noodles

Got any leftover chapatis or rotis and don’t want to throw them? Don’t worry. let’s fix them up with this quick and easy recipe of chapati noodles. The ingredients are basic and also you can modify them according to your taste. You can also put Schezwan sauce. If you want to learn how to make schezwan sauce, I have added the recipe for that too.
Ingredients:
- 2Â leftover chapatis
- 2-3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1/4 Cup of finely chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 Cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1 Teaspoon Tomato ketchup
- 1 Teaspoon any hot sauce
- 1 Tablespoon  Soya Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
Method:
Keep the chapatis one above the other and make roll out of it and with a sharp knifecut thin stripes .
Just shuffle and keep them aside.
Heat oil in a vessel on medium heat and add garlic . Fry for few seconds and add onion.
Saute it till they soften up a bit.
Add bell pepper,  cabbage and mix.
Add the sauces and Mix.
Add chapati noodles into the mixture.
Finally add salt.
Cook for a minute and remove from heat and serve.
