Oats Uttappa or uttapam / South Indian Style Oats / Healthy Oats Uttappa
Traditionally uttappa or uttapam is made up of onion and is called onion uttappa. It’s a South Indian recipe.  Generally oats have a horrible taste but when used in proper recipe, it tastes awesome. Oats are rich in minerals, fibers. It helps to lower blood pressure.  This is the best for fussy eaters .
You can make variations by adding veggies like grated carrots , chopped spinach and sprinkling grated cheese on top. Here I used Rolled Oats.  I used Quaker Oats brand for this. This is the easiest and healthiest  Rolled oats recipe for breakfast , lunch or dinner.
