Pan Fried Cat Fish with Veggies
Fish lovers would want to incorporate cat fish in their daily meals , as these are high in proteins, low in calories and fat and boosts your intake of vitamins and healthy fats and fatty acids.
Today let’s see how to make  tasty pan fried Cat Fish seasoned with lots of spices and herbs.
The list of spices mentioned in the recipe can vary according to individual taste.
Ingredients for Fish:
- 2 Cat fish (Skinned and washed . Also apply some salt and keep for 5 minutes)
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 2Â Teaspoons Cayenne Pepper Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar(Or use lime juice)
- 1 Egg for coating
Ingredients for Veggies:
- 1 Red or Green bell pepper cut into cubes
- 5-6 Broccoli small florets
- 1 Teaspoon black pepper powder
Method:
Beat an egg in a bowl.
Mix all the spices mentioned in the ingredients for fish and apply it to fish.
Heat a skillet, add a tablespoon of olive oil.
Coat fish with the egg on both the sides and once the oil is heated up, place fish over the oil.
Fry them on both the sides on medium high heat until they are half cooked.
Slide them at the side on the skillet , add a teaspoon oil and place bell pepper cubes and broccoli florets .
Sprinkle some pepper powder and cook till tender(Shouldn’t be very soft).
check fish in between with tooth pick. It should feel soft.
Once cooked , serve immediately with cooked veggies and some sides.
