Crispy Crab Rangoons
Crab Rangoons or crab wontons are crispy American Chinese snack prepared by wraping chinese wontons with crab meat, scalions, cream cheese , with some ginger or garlic and then deep frying them using cooking oil.
I first had my crab wontons at PF Chang restaurant and I really liked them. So decided to prepare at home and believe me they really turned out exactly same like chang’s
The recipe is very easy and quick. If you prepare the filling in advance, you can just stuff them in the Wontons and fry whenever required.
You can either bake them or fry. But baking doesn’t give it a good texture.
So lets see how to make  these easy and crispy Crab Rangoons.
