Garlic Chutney Recipe / Dry Garlic Chutney / Garlic Chutney for Dosa
This is Maharastrian Chutney Recipe called as Garlic Chutney . Tastes really good anytime with anything. Whenever I don’t have any non vegetarian food in the house , I go for this. This always lies in my refrigerator.
There are minimum ingredients required for this dry garlic chutney.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup roasted peanuts
- 5-6 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsps red chilli powder
- salt to taste
Method:
If you don’t have roasted peanuts, then dry roast raw peanuts on a skillet on medium heat. Don’t burn them. Switch off the stove when you get nice fragrance. Keep them for cooling . After cooling, remove all the peels.
Put all the above ingredients in the blender and give a pulse for few seconds. Do not continuously grind it , as peanuts will loose oil and it will become sticky. Just keep giving some pulses until it becomes coarse powder.
Remove and serve with chapati, Dosa. Â You can add yogurt into this red chilli garlic chutney while eating . This lasnichi chutney also tastes good if you add few drops of oil .
