Breakfast is the most important meal in a day and if go for healthy breakfast, you can deal with the rest of the hectic day.
So why not try some super healthy morning smoothies which are healthy and also tasty and which can also be an afternoon snack or dessert.
Smoothies are great source of proteins, minerals and vitamins.
Today, let us prepare easy green smoothie where you can add more greens if you want, but I have just added kale leaves.
The recipe can be altered as per your choice of greens and instead of almond milk, you can use yogurt , plain milk or soy milk.
Total Time: 10 Minutes
- 1/4 Cup fresh Orange juice
- 1 Big kale leaf
- 1/2 Cup Almond Milk(Check out my recipe for home made Almond Milk)
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
Blend all the ingredients in a blender till you get nice creamy smoothie.
You can also add ice cubes while blending.
Enjoy your healthy breakfast smoothie.
