Mint Chutney : A Perfect Condiment
Mint Chutney:Perfect Condiment for Chicken or Veg Tandoori and kebabs. Can be also enjoyed with pani puri.
Whenever I prepare Indian appetizers like Tandoori or any kebabs, Mint or pudina chutney is a must in my family . So what I do , is prepare the basic mint chutney in advance, and then mix yogurt and make the chutney ready to go with my appetizers. There is no fun with Tandoori chicken without mint chutney. But make sure that you get fresh mint for this recipe. Just prepare the chutney and refrigerate it in a glass bottle for upto a month.
Last week since it was a busy week for me, I was expecting some guests and had to think about some condiments. My mint chutney was almost over , so had to prepare the fresh one. So let’s see how to prepare this quick and easy mint chutney.
