Quick Creamy White Pasta / Indian Style Pasta
Quick Creamy White Pasta is prepared using Indian style by adding few Indian spices which makes it different , tasty, and crave for more. Cooked chicken cubes can also be added to make the dish more interesting for non veg lovers.
It’s always my dilemma as to what to give in lunch for my teenager. He is choosy with food and goes for variety everyday. And me, a health cautious mom, have to keep a note on what he eats, what he prefers . The other day we ordered white pasta from nearby restaurant and he really liked it. It had Italian plus Indian flavors, and I tried to replicate it at home. But no luck. Then got this no fail recipe from Smita, my teacher who runs her own cooking/baking classes.
If you are organising kids party, then this quick creamy white pasta is the best option. So if you are looking for some party ideas , go for it . Also do not forget to serve some healthy dessert. I would prefer to serve Eggless Apple Cupcakes instead of going for heavy cream sugary cakes.
The spices used in this recipe can be used to make white gravy mix and can be used to prepare Malai Kofta, Navratan Korma, Methi Malai Mutter and many more which I will soon be putting on my blog.

Main Ingredients :Â
- 10 Grams Cashew Powder
- 20 Grams Melon Seeds Powder
- 30 Grams Milk Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Powder Sugar
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Roasted All purpose flour/Maida
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cardamom powder/Elaichi
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garam masala
Other Ingredients :Â
- 2 Cheese Cubes, grated or 2 Tablespoons any grated cheese
- 200 Grams Boiled Pasta
- 1/2 Cup Carrots , Chopped
- 2 Cups Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 Teaspoons oil
Method:
Mix all the main ingredients in a bowl.
Add in 2 cups milk and mix properly . Don’t allow lumps to form. Keep aside this prepared white gravy for pasta.
Heat butter and oil in a pan and add chopped carrots. Fry on medium heat till carrots are soft. It will take around 5 minutes.
Add prepared white gravy and mix. Cook on low heat mixing in between till gravy thickens .
Add pasta and mix.
Slowly pasta will sticky and creamy.
Switch off the heat and add grated cheese. Mix and serve.
