Red Wine Sauce Over Baked Sol fish
The fish is first seasoned and perfectly baked. Creamy red wine sauce is seperately prepared which gives the fish , flavor and taste. Can be served for dinner , lunch or as an appetizer .
Though I prefer to cook fish in traditional Indian style most of the time, whenever we go to these American restaurants, I simply cannot control my urge to try fish fillet. My hubby prefers fish without bones and the other day, we had fish in a restaurant nearby and I wanted to try it badly at home.
Generally I avoid using liquors while cooking, otherwise I have to prepare something else for my son. But last Sunday, he had a night out with friends and I thought of making this recipe. I wasn’t sure how it will turn out , as it was just an experiment, but to my surprise, it was really good.
After my successful attempt to make baked fish served with red wine sauce, here I am again preparing it for you guys. This can be served with rice which makes a great dinner, or can be also enjoyed as an appetizer. Better and healthy choice, right?
