I know , every mom keeps worrying that her kid is a fussy eater , especially when it comes to fruits and vegetables and keeps thinking about how to make something delicious yet healthy everyday, for your kid. My son, doesn’t like to eat fruits and vegetables at, all so I keep trying out different fruit recipes , so that he can enjoy them and also get health benefits.
Yesterday, I wanted to prepare some dessert which is also healthy and different , so came up with this easy fruit cups recipe, and believe me, he loved it. You can add any fruits of your choice in these cups. I chose to mix in banana, peach and apple.
So, if you are going for healthy fruit recipes for kids, this is the best one.

Serves: 6
Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 Banana
- 1 Peach
- 1/2 Apple
- 2-3 Naval Oranges
- 1/4 Cup Yogurt/Curd
- 3-4 Tablespoons Honey
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon powder+ Extra for garnishing
Method:
Cut the oranges into halves and scoop the pulp inside and keep aside.
Keep the shells for the filling .
Peel a banana and apple and chop them fine.
Chop Peach into small cubes.
Take yogurt in a bowl. Add Honey and cinnamon. For a more nutritious option, you could opt for Manuka honey instead of regular store bought honey.
Mix well. Mix in all the chopped fruits.
Scoop in the fruit mixture into each shell of orange.
Top up with a piece of orange pulp which was kept aside.(Don’t Use the juice you get from the pulp. Make some smoothie out of it.
Sprinkle each shell with some cinnamon and serve these cute little healthy and tasty fruit cups immediately.

Note: Don’t use the orange juice which you get from the pulp, because that will make it all watery and remember to serve it immediately.
You can make fruit smoothie , if there is any extra fruit stuffing remaining after you stuff all the orange shells.
