Easy Breakfast Wraps
Here is a quick and healthy way to fix you breakfast by preparing these mouth watering egg wraps, which will not only make you full but also keep you energetic for your work and school.Â
So if you are looking or some breakfast menus, definitely add this to your list.
This recipe can be altered by adding the ingredients of your choice. If you want to make it purely vegetarian, skip the eggs. If you want to prepare using only egg whites, then go for it.
Also you can add avocados in this for more healthier and creamer version.
The tortillas can be homemade or store bought. I prepared them at home using corn flour.
So let’s see how to go about preparing this dish.

Cooking Time: 15 Mins
Total Time required : 25 Mins
Ingredients:
- 1 Egg
- 1 Potato(Peeled and cubed into small pieces)
- 1 Teaspoon Dry Basil Leaves
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
- 2 Minced Garlic cloves
- Salt to taste
- 2 Lettuce Leaves
- 2 Corn or wheat tortillas
Method:
Heat a skillet and add 1 tablespoon oil. Once the oil heats up, add potatoes. Sprinkle basil leaves and pepper powder and salt.Mix and cook on medium high heat till potatoes look soft.
They should be little browned as shown above. Remove on a plate.
Beat 1 egg  in a bowl and add minced garlic , some pepper powder and a teaspoon salt(Picture 1 above).
On the same heated skillet, pour this egg mix. Don’t Scramble. Use little oil if required.
Let it cook on one side and in between you can just run your spatula to cut it through.Flip and make small pieces of this omelet.
Pour cooked potatoes and mix well as shown above in picture 2.
Take one tortilla. Add a scoop of this mixture at the center .Place a lettuce leaf on top and roll it into a wrap.Cut in the center to make 2 pieces.Repeat the same for the second tortilla.
