Here is another healthy soup recipe to beat the winter. In this recipe, the main ingredient is green gram(mung beans)Â which is mainly cultivated in India and is rich in many nutrients.
Mung beans are first soaked in water overnight and then cooked the next day. The cooked beans are then ground to paste using the vegetable stock or plain clear water. You can also use the water remaining after the mung beans are boiled in addition to vegetable stock.
The soup is seasoned with the seasoning mentioned in the ingredients and enjoyed as the days get chilly.
