Are you planning for kids parties ? Or is there a healthy theme treat in your kids school? Then here is the wonderful recipe of dry fruit pops which are attractive and very tasty. The recipe is quick and easy. Very basic and you can also substitute dry fruits with cake. I have made a healthy version of cake pops .
Here is the step by step recipe of these simple dry fruit pops.
Time: 20 Mins
- 1 1/2 Cup of Powdered dry fruits of your choice(I used Almonds and cashew nuts)
- 4 Tablespoons of Condensed Milk
- Chocolate Coffee Ganache for coating
- Some cake sprinkles for decoration(Optional)
- Some Tooth picks for holding the pops
Take powdered dry fruits in a bowl and add condensed milk.
Knead well and make small balls. Around 2 inches diameter.
Freeze them for 10 minutes.
Prepare Chocolate coffee ganache . Follow instructions to prepare Ganache from here.
Take a wide plate and place a big strainer upside down on that plate.
Take out the balls from the freezer .
Take a toothpick and poke it to one of the dry fruit balls.
Roll the ball in the ganache till properly coated.
Remove out, Sprinkle some cake sprinkles and poke it to the strainer. You can also use a big thermocol piece for holding these pops.
Repeat for all.
The excess Ganache will drip down on the plate kept underneath strainer.
Let them dry for a while and enjoy your funky homemade dry fruit pops.
