Ladoo is an Indian sweet prepared specially during festivals. I always look for adding some nutrients while making sweets to balance the sugar.
Ragi flour , also called finger millet  is one of the best because  it is higher in protein and minerals in comparison to all other cereals and millets. It is a remarkable source of protein, making it perfect for vegetarian diets.
I always mix it in my whole wheat flour daily to prepare chapati.Â
Today I am going to show you how to prepare ragi ladus instantly . You can also substitute sugar with Jaggery ,for completely guilt free sweet.
